Hong Kong musical theatre stalwart Margaret Cheung brings the golden age of film musicals into fresh territory with Technicolor Dreams – a cabaret that reimagines songs through bold new jazz arrangement. With veteran pianist and music director Joyce Cheung at the keys, Margaret performs beloved numbers like Moon River, I've Got a Crush on You, Heat Wave and So in Love – drawing from the songbooks of George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Henry Mancini and Irving Berlin. Between songs, she weaves together stories about herself and the musical stars of yesteryear, bridging old Hollywood glamour with contemporary jazz sensibility.
